The Short Verdict
BiltRx lists the lowest monthly testosterone price of any clinic we track: $65 a month for injections and $97 for cream. That price is for the medication. BiltRx says consultations are billed separately and some treatments need lab work, but its site doesn't say what either costs. If you want the lowest sticker price or a cream, it's worth a look once you've asked for the full first-month total. If you already have recent labs and want every cost published up front, TRT Nation is the more predictable choice.
BiltRx is a telehealth company that covers weight loss, men's health, longevity and hair restoration, with testosterone replacement therapy as one of its men's health services. This review sticks to what BiltRx publishes on its own site, flags what it leaves out, and shows how it compares with the other budget clinics we've reviewed.
What BiltRx Lists, and What It Doesn't
| Item | What BiltRx's site says |
|---|---|
| Testosterone injections | $65/month |
| Testosterone cream | $97/month |
| Consultation | Phone or video with a licensed U.S. provider. Billed separately from medication; price not listed. |
| Lab work | "Some treatments require lab work, especially hormone optimization." Your provider decides. Most patients repeat labs every 3–6 months. Price not listed. |
| Membership | Its FAQ lists a $9.99 monthly membership (care coordination, priority support, member savings). It doesn't say whether TRT patients need it. |
| Pharmacy | Compounded by licensed U.S. 503A pharmacies; its FAQ names Southend Pharmacy and Boothwyn Pharmacy. |
| Shipping | Prescriptions processed in 1–3 business days; most patients receive medication 3–7 business days after approval. U.S. only. |
| States | Varies by state; BiltRx has an availability map on its site. |
| Payment | Major debit and credit cards; some HSA and FSA cards may be accepted. |
| Minimum term, age limit, HCG, enclomiphene | Not listed on its TRT page. |

What a Year Could Cost
Twelve months of medication at BiltRx's listed prices comes to $780 for injections or $1,164 for cream. That's the floor, not the total. Add whatever consultations, labs and membership fees apply to you.
For comparison, TRT Nation's injectable plan is $99.99 a month, or about $1,200 a year before labs. So BiltRx starts about $420 a year cheaper on medication alone. That gap is the budget BiltRx's consultation fees, labs and any membership have to fit inside before TRT Nation becomes the cheaper option. When labs aren't included, our TRT cost breakdown suggests budgeting $200–$800 a year for monitoring at any clinic.
Run your own numbers in the TRT cost calculator, and check whether your plan lets you pay with pre-tax money: using your HSA or FSA for TRT.
How Signing Up Works
BiltRx describes a three-step process:
- Create an account and complete the intake form.
- Consult with a licensed provider by phone or video. Your provider decides whether you need labs first.
- Get your medication: if you're prescribed, a partner compounding pharmacy fills it and ships it to your door with a tracking number.
Some products are sold as subscriptions that renew each billing cycle until you cancel. Confirm the cancellation cutoff with BiltRx support before you check out. If you're switching from another clinic, plan for up to 7 business days between approval and delivery so you don't run out (our guide to switching TRT clinics covers timing).
Compounded Testosterone: What It Means
BiltRx says its medications are compounded by licensed U.S. 503A pharmacies, using FDA-approved or USP-grade ingredients when appropriate. A compounded medication is mixed by a pharmacy for an individual prescription. The finished product isn't reviewed or approved by the FDA the way a manufactured drug is, which is why BiltRx's own disclaimer notes that many of its therapies aren't FDA-approved for the uses discussed.
Compounding is common in TRT, especially for creams and custom concentrations, and plenty of men do well on it. If you'd rather have a commercially manufactured product, BiltRx's FAQ says some patients can ask to use a local pharmacy for commercially available medications, paying that pharmacy directly. Ask your provider whether that's an option for testosterone. For the trade-offs, read compounded vs pharmaceutical testosterone and how to verify what you're injecting.
Injections or Cream?
Testosterone injections: $65/mo
Injections are the cheapest and best-studied way to do TRT. Most men inject once or twice a week. See subcutaneous vs intramuscular injections if you're new to it.
Testosterone cream: $97/mo
A cream avoids needles, and most of the budget clinics we track don't sell one. It does cost about $32 a month more, it's applied every day, and topical testosterone can transfer to a partner or child through skin contact, so cover the site and wash your hands after applying. Our injections vs cream comparison and cream absorption and transfer guide go deeper.

The closest match is TRT Nation, which costs more per month but publishes its lab price, minimum order, states and age limit. We put them side by side in TRT Nation vs BiltRx. If you'd rather not deal with separate lab and visit fees at all, an all-inclusive clinic may cost about the same once everything is added up.
